Antenatal

Happy pregnant future mother

Breastfeeding is a learned skill. Prepare yourself now.

I know how overwhelming and stressful it can feel as a first-time mom, especially when it comes to feeding your baby.

  • When do I start feeding?
  • How long do I feed?
  • Will I get the latch right?
  • How do I know my baby is eating enough?
  • How often do I feed?
  • When do I need to pump?

But you don't have to figure it out alone!

By learning the basics ahead of time, you will feel prepared, gain confidence and be excited to feed your baby. We can work together and develop a plan that works for you.

I recommend you book a consultation from 28 weeks onwards so that the information is still fresh.
